Challenge:
This was the first video in a planned series for the product launch. The product is a smaller, simpler version of a device already trusted by the NHS, but this campaign needed to target a much broader audience — from everyday consumers shopping online to in-store retail buyers. The challenge was to present it as both accessible and premium, without overwhelming the viewer with technical details..
Solution:
We created a relatable, lifestyle-focused concept using a young actress relaxing in her living room. The video highlights comfort, ease of use, and modern design rather than clinical aspects, making it appealing to a wider audience. A pleasant voice over was added to give the video a warm, inviting tone, while maintaining a polished, professional feel.
